NOTICE ABOUT GROUND FLOOR AND WHEELCHAIR UNITS:
Special Request forms related to our Ground Floor and Wheelchair Units are only for those who medically require them due to a disability.
Please note that requests related to additional bedrooms, contact information, general messages, unit preferences, etc. through the Special Request Form, are considered invalid and will be automatically denied."
Any requests that are received by those who do not have a "Yes" under their disability status will be automatically denied.
Our department can only approve the request for these types of accommodations, during an applicant's waitlist process.
Once pulled from the waitlist, applicant intake documents will go through an eligibility verification process for approval to receive a Ground Floor or Wheelchair Unit.
